 2nd Show Day!

Today sure was an eventful day! We started off the day being able to sleep in a bit, we got ready, and then... the fun started. Eitan decided to put on his Demogorgan costume and yell out the window of our AirBnB onto the Royal Mile. It started to attract a lot of people and many photos/videos were taken. Abe and I then decided to go outside and scream about Demogorgan to anyone on The Royal Mile who would listen. 

Abe and I yelled, "Come save us by seeing Pandora at the Annexe at 11:35!" We also gave out fliers and got people to open the box. We then took a nice walk down Victoria Street and stopped to perform our key stealing scene to attract more attention for our show!

"It's a note! It says... Come see Pandora at the Annexe at 11:35!?"

We then got to our venue and prepared for Show #2. After a spectacular performance, we scurried home to get changed and run to see K Mak Music, a beautiful planetarium music experience that blended synth, live drums, cello, violin and vocals with projection visuals. After chatting about it for a bit, we walked over to Pleasance Plaza for an early dinner. I got the best chicken teriyaki rice bowl for the second day in a row. We then headed over to The Grand at Pleasance Courtyard for my favorite part of the night... Showstopper!

Showstopper is an entirely improvised musical. The host started by asking for a setting, which in our case was Atlantis. Then we were asked for famous musicals/composers for inspiration. I nearly jumped out of my seat and so the host called on me! I very loudly said, "Jason Robert Brown!" The host was on board and then asked others for more. So, we had JRB, Lin Manuel, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat! And our title... Slippery When Wet. The show was nothing short of spectacular! We were all in awe of their talent. We then ended the night with some free time to walk around town! Overall, this was an amazing day!

Edinburgh Photo Contest Winners!  Blogger: Ms. King  Each day of our trip I assigned a daily photo prompt for everyone to follow. It turned out to be a great way to see parts of the city we may have simply walked past or ignored. 3rd Show Day & Day Off!

 Our 3rd Show Day & Day Off Blogger: Sebby Schroth & Abe Gold From Sebby : Our 3rd show day! We woke up knowing it would be a windy and cold day, so we made sure to bundle up before we headed to our venue. However, just before the show, we continued our promotional shenanigans! Eitan dressed in his Demogorgon costume chased us down the street as we yelled for help and for people to come see our show to help save us! Although we got many strange looks, we absolutely believed it helped us get a few more people to our show that day. Following running down the streets, we had another great show, accompanied by an audience member who definitely enjoyed our comedy. We heard laughter coming from him the entire show!  Later in the day, we attended another high school's performance of Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind, which was 30 plays in 60 minutes.
